I'm  Frances.

A little bit about me:

I was born and raised in South Africa, where I started my  career as an interiors photographer.

I arrived in New York in 2001 and began shooting food for various editorial and advertising clients.

Working alongside some of the greatest names in the culinary world, my love of cooking and entertaining blossomed within the food culture of New York City.

I continue to work as a photographer but formally began my catering business in the summer of 2018.

Home is still New York City where I live with my daughter, Julia and our Wheaten Terrier, Sunny.
