Chef Nicole’s modern and rustic Italian-style cuisine is inspired by some of her earliest childhood memories of helping her grandmother prepare Sunday sauce.

Nicole graduated from the culinary arts program at the New York Restaurant school in New York City. She has worked at such restaurants as Morimoto in New York City and Ristorante Al Pirata in Ferrara, Italy, and has continued to work as a free-lance chef at her company Pure catering.
